 Oil pulling is a one of the best technique of Ayurveda. By using it you can easily improve your dental health, You will also get relief from headache, Bad breathe, tooth pain, acidity, joint pains, stomach problems , teeth become more whitener etc..

Oil pulling is originated in India but now a days it is more popular in foreign countries, we are not giving importance to it and foreigners are taking the full advantage of it. It is just a 15 to 20 minute technique and it cost only 2 rupees per day.

I am doing it daily and I make a joyful thing for me and I bet you if you follow my technique it will become easier for you to do it effortlessly.

Oil Pulling Method:  

On Empty stomach in the morning take a tablespoon with Sesame Oil (Til Oil)  or Coconut Oil or Sunflower Oil in your mouth and swirl it round your mouth over every tooth, gums and to the end of the throat going over the palate using your tongue. Do this up and down movement, moving the jaw, do not swallow.Raising your chin up and let the oil sweep over the entire mouth. First the oil will be viscous then after minute oil will become milky and thin then spit it out when mouth gets full or between 15 to 20 minutes then wash your mouth thoroughly (Hot salt water recommended )and brush your teeth.

By oil swishing the toxins of the mouth gets stuck in oil because Oil is thick and we are pulling it out. So it is helping us to get the Good health by doing only 15 minutes a day.

Dr. Karsch has done research on Oil Pulling and he examined the gargled milk-white oil under a microscope with 600 magnification, he saw live organisms swimming in it. It’s poisonous, so never swallow it, he warns. These poisons are bacteria-embryos, which, if not eliminated, cause diseases. Apparently, Dr. Karsch cured his own chronic blood disease and 15-year-old arthritis. 

In the beginning it will not be easy for you to do, So my suggestion is to do it for 5 minutes for first two days then for 10 minutes for 5 days  and after 1 week do it for at least 15 minutes.

You can also do it twice or thrice a day but it should be after 4 hour of breakfast or lunch (Maintain a Gap of 4 hour for empty stomach).

For making it joyful 15 minutes with ease, I am watching my favorite video songs on Television and every morning I am doing it without any GAP.

Now it becomes Joyful & Beneficial technique for me.
